Returns

All returns will be refunded to tender used on original purchase. Checks used in original purchase may require a 7 day wait before processing the return.

Textbook return policy

• Textbook returns must be in it's original packaging and in the same condition as purchased or the return may be denied, or a lower amount than originally purchased may be offered for the book.
• Returns are allowed during the allotted time period:
  • Class Length 3 weeks or longer: 1st week of class - Full Refund allowed with original receipt and in same condition as purchased.
    **If returning without proof of dropped class, an $8 restocking fee may be applied.
  • Class Length 2 weeks or shorter: Returns only accepted prior to the start of class, with original receipt and in same condition as purchased.

Electronic Products Return Policy

• Product must be accompanied with the original dated sales receipt.
• Must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
• Must be unopened in the original shrink-wrapped package.
• Must be in the same condition as when purchased.
• Defective items will be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, when accompanied by the original dated sales receipt.

Calculator Return Policy

• LBCC Bookstore offers a 30 day warranty against defects. Exchanges only, no cash refunds for defective merchandise.
• Full purchase price will be given within 2 weeks of the purchase date if the following criteria is met:
  1. Must have original LBCC Bookstore receipt.
  2. Item is unopened and in original packaging.

Special Orders Return Policy

• No Refunds will be given for Special Orders

Computer Software Return Policy

• Product must be accompanied by original dated sales receipt.
• Must be unopened in the original shrink-wrapped package.
• Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
